Lower Limit: configuring the Lower Limit setting

The Lower Limit option determines the minimum number of documents to be cached in memory.

The default value for Lower Limit can be set within the ExpereTestingSystem.properties file The default setting for Lower Limit is 10. The system administrator can configure this setting within the ExpereTestingSystem.properties file.

  1. Open the ExpereTestingSystem.properties file in a text editor.
  2. Search for the following section:
    • com.bankerssystems.xiets.cache.LowerLimit=10
  3. Change the com.bankerssystems.xiets.cache.LowerLimit value to the desired setting.
  4. Save and close the ExpereTestingSystem.properties file.
